iQReports permissions not being applied to user

Problem

iQReports is installed and working for Super Users

Report Admins have been set up to map to an Active Directory security group.
User is a member of this AD Group.

When logging in with his user account, the user does not have any icons to download, run or perform any actions within iQReports as shown in the screenshot below.

 

Solution

In iQExplore Active Directory groups are considered to be case sensitive. i.e. Administrator, administrator and ADMINISTRATOR are 3 different groups.

When configuring iQReports AD Groups the group name as entered in the iQReports UI should match the group name as configured in the Active Directory.
