Datahub - ETL Packages Fail to Deploy

Problem

During the deployment of the ETL packages on SQL Server 2014, an error is shown "Failed. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection"

Possible Cause

SQL Management Objects for SQL Server 2012 may be installed on the server.

Solution

Remove the SQL Management Objects for the previous versions.
