Persistent Volumes

Overview


This topic describes the steps to create persistent volumes in Kubernetes cluster.

Prerequisites: Before you begin, ensure that:

  • Kubernetes Cluster is pre-deployed and the status is running

  • You are entitled to the Kubernetes Cluster

  • At least one

    • Namespace is available

    • Storage class is created

Create Persistent Volume


To create storage class:

  1. Selec the Kubernetes cluster.

  2. Navigate to Persistent Volumes > Actions > Create Persistent Volume.

Create Persistent Volume

Once the volume is created, it will be listed in the Persistent Volumes tab. 

View new Persistent Volume
