Steps for enabling continuous monitoring status for an AWS region in Governance & Security > Dashboard > Monitoring Status
CloudSphere Governance checks for the monitoring status of an AWS region every 20 mins.
If you are enabling the continuous monitoring for an AWS region, the AWS region status will change in 20 mins in Monitoring Status Widget (Governance & Security > Dashboard > Monitoring Status)
Log in to the AWS Console, and enable the AWS config and recording for the region for which monitoring status is to be changed in CloudSphere -
In the delivery method
Specify a bucket name
configure the SNS topic
The SNS topic given must have an SQS subscription to the SQS queue mentioned in the CloudSphere system setting config stream receiver (ARN of Configuration Stream Receiver)
