What are SERVICE_LEVEL_COST and RESOURCE_LEVEL_COST?

When an AWS member account is added to HCP, a user sees the SERVICE_LEVEL_COST assigned to an AWS account in HCP but when a Master or Standalone AWS Account is added in HCP, a user sees RESOURCE_LEVEL_COST is assigned to AWS account in HCP

AWS Member Account in HCP

AWS Master or Standalone Account in HCP

AWS Member account has access to SERVICE_LEVEL_COST can view the cost details only to a Service Level e.g. EC2 Usage , Simple Storage Service(S3) in Cost and Usage.

AWS Master and Standalone account have access to RESOURCE_LEVEL_COST and can view the Service Level Cost details as is the case in AWS Member Account. Additionally they can further drill down the cost and view the cost at Resource Level in Cost and Usage
