The IQAS service is logging on syslog file under: /var/logs/syslog

iqas entries are prefixed by 'felix.sh'

"Apr  4 18:53:26 iquate-corp-2 felix.sh[16104]: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out"

Most of the logs are already present on the scan Engine logs but you can find some useful exceptions or fatal errors that are not handle by the scan engine which can explains crash, out of memory, performance issues.
