iQCloud - Keychains and Credentials not syncing

Keychains and credentials created on the appliance are not syncing.

  • When a keychain is created on the appliance, it will not be available in the Cloud UI until the appliance is rebooted.
  • When a credential is added to an existing keychain on the appliance it is never visible in the Cloud UI.
  • When keychains or credentials are created in the Cloud UI, (and stored on the appliance) they are always visible in the Appliance UI.


Confirm that the customer has not copied the Appliance Keychain database between appliances.

In order to avoid this behavior each appliance key-chain must be created directly on the individual appliance using its UI and not copied from appliance to appliance
