Overview

Spending Analysis

  1. Login to your HCP account.

  2. Navigate to the subscription page from Customer Management > Customers > Subscriptions > Click on the subscription customer > Spending Analysis.

For all the instances under the subscription this will provide the spend based data representation view that had been collected for the selected month range and the frequency

Customers Information

To view the customers information,

  1. Login to the portal with the necessary credentials.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > CSP MANAGEMENT. The Dashboard page is displayed.

3. Click the Customers tab that is next to the Billing tab. The customers and the associated details are displayed in a tabular format.

4. From the Account Name drop-down list, select the required account. The relevant customers and the associated details are displayed in a tabular format. The total spending is displayed in two columns: Customer Currency and Partner Currency.

NOTE: The Partner Currency and Customer Currency columns are displayed only when both the currencies are different. If the partner and the customer currencies are the same, only a single column will be displayed.

Instance Analysis

  1. Login to your HCP account.

  2. Navigate to the subscription page from Customer Management > Customers > Subscriptions > Click on the subscription customer > Instance Analysis.

Instance Analysis Resource Utilization

Instance based analysis and recommended assessment is available on Actual Resource based, Right Sizing based and Idle resource based. The recommendation and Utilization page will provide the usage based on the statistics collected for all the instances for a subscription monitored.
