Overview

The HyperCloudâ„¢ Platform (HCP) lets you view detailed reports of all the resources in your HCP account. You can view these Governance and Compliance Policy Reports:

Policy Reports

You can view reports for the Policies that you create on the HyperCloudâ„¢ Platform (HCP).

Generate Policy Reports

Before you begin:

  • Before you generate a Policy report, you’ll need to onboard your cloud account on theHyperCloudâ„¢ Platform (HCP).

  • To auto-generate incident tickets, configure Incident Reporting settings from:

    •  Governance & Security > Security Policies > Click the ellipses menu from Actions > Edit > Alert Settings > Turn on the Auto Create tickets for non complaint rules toggle.  

To generate a Policy Report: 

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Policy Reports > New Report.

  3. From the New Policy Reports page, select your Account from the drop-down.

  4. Select your Region from the drop-down.

  5. Select the Policy for your reporting.

  6. Click on Create.

Download a Policy Report

To download a Policy Report:

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Policy Reports > Click on the download icon under the Actions menu.

Compliance Reports

You can view and download region-wise Compliance Reports for an Account. Currently, the HCP portal supports HIPAA and PCI compliance reports for all regions. 

Generate Compliance Reports

To generate a Compliance Report: 

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Compliance Reports > New Report.


    A new compliance report dialog will open:

     

  3. From the New Compliance Reports page, select your Report Type from the drop-down. You can choose between HIPAA or PCI report types.

  4. Select your Account and Region from the drop-down.

  5. Click on Create.

View Compliance Reports

To view a compliance report:

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Compliance Reports > Click on the view icon from Actions. 

Compliance Analysis

You can view the policy execution reports for all your policies under Compliance Analysis.

Generate Compliance Analysis Reports

To generate a Compliance Analysis Report:

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Compliance Analysis > From the Select Policy drop-down, choose your policy and rule.

     

  3. Click the Rule for which you want to view the compliant resources.

Audit

You can view the details of your Remediation Rules and Execution via the Audit page.

To view your Audit report:

  1. Login to your HCP account. 

  2. Navigate to Governance & Security > Reports > Audit.

     

  3. You can view the details for the execution of the remediation rules for various accounts and regions.
