Problem
iQReports is installed and working for Super Users
Report Admins is set up to map to AD Security group.
User is a member of this AD Group.
When logging in with his user account, the user does not have any icons to download run or do anything with the reports.
Solution
In iQExplore AD groups are considered to be case sensitive. i.e. Administrator, administrator and ADMINISTRATOR are 3 different groups.
When configuring iQExplore AD Groups the group name as entered in the iQReports UI should match the Group Name as configured in the Active Directory.
