HyperCloud™ will be installed and managed by HyperGrid as a SaaS instance. HyperGrid will perform the following:
- Deploy a highly available HyperCloud™ Portal using sizing requirements based on the Use Cases outlined by the Customer.
- Real time monitoring of performance and events.
- Auto-scaling based on performance monitoring of the HyperCloud™ SaaS portal
- Manage upgrades with minimal downtime using a planned maintenance window.
- Use restricted firewall and periodic security audits to ensure highly secure access HyperCloud™ Platform
