HyperCloud™ will be installed and managed by HyperGrid as a SaaS instance. HyperGrid will perform the following:

  • Deploy a highly available HyperCloud™ Portal using sizing requirements based on the Use Cases outlined by the Customer.

  • Real time monitoring of performance and events.

  • Auto-scaling based on performance monitoring of the HyperCloud™ SaaS portal

  • Manage upgrades with minimal downtime using a planned maintenance window.

  • Use restricted firewall and periodic security audits to ensure highly secure access HyperCloud™ Platform
