Discovering CSP Customers

Once the CSP Account is added to HyperCloud™ Platform successfully, CSP Administrators and trigger a discovery of the customers. To trigger a discovery, use the following steps

1. Click on Administration Tab  Click on Account Management  Click on Azure  Click on CSP
2. Locate the CSP Account  Click on the  Click on Trigger Discovery.

Important Note: The discovery process may take more than 30-60 mins to discover all the customers and depends on the number of customers in the CSP Account.

1. HyperCloud™ will populate the dashboard and customer initially and update as more information is collected for each of the discovered CSP customers.
