Overview

At times, end users might be using VMs for mission critical application and accidental Delete of VM by end users needs to be prohibited or controlled by admins. HyperCloud™ Platform (HCP) allows VMs to be marked as 'Termination Protected'. If someone accidentally removes the VM, a approval notice goes to immediate administrators for approval. Until and unless admin approves the deletion, VM cannot be deleted.

Termination Protection can be specified at two places.
