Pricing Plan can be used to track the pricing information for particular customers. Billing is directly proportional to the pricing plan that is generated and assigned. In this section, the following topics are discussed:

Creating Pricing Plan

To create a pricing plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles. You can filter the pricing plans based on the status of each plan.

  • Draft

  • Published

  • Archived

    • Archived plans can be associated with active customers.

    • Draft & Published

4. Hover the mouse pointer over the first tile (+New Pricing Plan), and click. The Create New Pricing Plan window is displayed.Image Removed

5. Enter appropriate information in the following fields.

  • Pricing Plan

  • Tax

  • Description

6. Click Create. The pricing plan is created successfully and it is in the Draft stage.

Editing a Pricing Plan

To edit a pricing plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

  3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles.

8. Enter or select appropriate information or options.

9. Click Add. The item is added as part of the draft pricing plan.

NOTE: The computation is done based on the ascending order of pricing items. The order of pricing items can be changed.


Publishing a Pricing Plan

To publish a draft plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

  3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles.

4. Use the Status drop down menu to view the pricing plans that are in the Draft stage. All draft pricing plans are displayed as tiles.

5. Hover over the pricing plan that you want to publish, and click

7. Click Ok. The plan is published successfully. The status of the plan moves from Draft to Publish.

Duplicating a Pricing Plan

To duplicate a published plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

  3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles.

Viewing a Published Plan

To view a published plan,

Archiving a Published Plan

To archive a published plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

Note: An archived plan can consist of active customers but it cannot be modified. It is advisable to not include active customers as part of an archived plan.


Assigning a Published Plan

To assign a published plan to a customer,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

  3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles.

8. Select the necessary customer from the Customer Name box, and click Assign. The plan is successfully assigned to a customer.

Migrating Customers to Published Plan

To migrate customers to one published plan,

  1. Login to the portal as an admin.

  2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > MSP Management. A page with three tabs appears.

  3. Click the Pricing Plans tab. All the pricing plans are displayed in the form of tiles.
