In GCP Console, under IAM & admin, create a service account with the roles BigQuery Data Viewer and jobUser. Create a Key and select Type = JSON. Save the JSON file for later.
In GCP Console, under
*billing Billing > Billing export
> Enable billing export to BigQuery
*and provide a name for billing dataset.
In GCP Console, obtain the Table ID of the billing dataset and
