SAML Provider can be configured for each Tenant. To configure SAML

  • Download the metadata from the HyperCloud™ Platform URL for e.g. [https://<ip>/saml/metadata

Important Note: If the HyperCloud™ Platform base URL is changed, then metadata must be exchanged again between HyperCloud™ Platform and all IDPs used. Otherwise SAML based authentication will fail and user will not be able to access HyperCloud™ Platform.

  • Upload the metadata to SAML IDP. HyperCloud™ Platform requires either the email address or the username in the SAML Response. Ensure the relevant attributes are configured on the IDP for the following authentication method

    • Email Address based Authentication (mail)

    • Username based Authentication (uid)
