 Solution

Navigate to the communication server folder and edit the http-proxy.conf file >

 

sudo vi /opt/docker/http-proxy.conf

Our internal example:

PROXY_ENABLED=true

PROXY_HOSTNAME=192.168.4.243

PROXY_PORT=3128

PROXY_USERNAME=domain\\test

PROXY_PASSWORD=iquate

 

Please note the double backslash is intentional  “\\”

Domain\\username
