Overview
HyperCloud™ Platform (HCP) lets your Cloud and Tenant Administrators manage your Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Provider.
Create Google Cloud Platform Cloud Provider
Before you begin
You'll need to create a Cloud Account on your HCP portal. To know more, refer to the section on Cloud Account Management.
Create Cloud Provider on HCP
To create a Google Cloud Platform Cloud Provider on the HCP portal:
- Login to your HCP account.
- Navigate to Service Orchestrations > Providers > New > Google Cloud.
- Click the Cloud Account on which you want to create the Google Cloud Platform Provider. This will open the Resource Manager dialog for Google Cloud Platform.
Click Load Regions.
Select the remote cloud provider region from the Region dropdown.
Enter a name for your Google Cloud Platform Provider Cloud Provider.
Click Save Changes.
Saving your changes, triggers the resource discovery in the Account and Region you specified in the Resource Manager dialog above. This process includes the discovery of the networking details for your Google Cloud Platform Provider subscription.

To Refresh Info for a Cloud Provider on your HCP portal:
- Login to your HCP account.
- Navigate to Service Orchestrations > Providers > Select the name of your Google Cloud Provider > Overview > Refresh Info.
Once you've configured your Google Cloud Platform Cloud Provider, you can:
- Configure Google Cloud Platform availability zones.
- Set up the lease period for your Cloud Provider.
- Allow wizard-based VM provisioning of your Cloud Provider.
