To integrate CloudPlan with CloudSphere, perform the following.
Login to the portal with the required credentials.
Navigate to ADMINISTRATION > APPLICATION INTELLIGENCE. The Application Intelligence page is displayed.

3. Enter relevant information in the following text fields.
CloudPlan Hostname
CloudPlan Tenant ID
Username / Email (Admin)
Password (Admin)
4. Select an appropriate option from the Refresh Period drop-down menu.
5. Optional: Under the Service Filter section, select relevant options from the Review Status and Importance drop-down lists.

6. Optional: Add tags in the Tags field.
7. Click SAVE. The changes are saved successfully.

Use Case
...
Once a service is discovered by the portal, tags are assigned to all its underlying resources. Please refer to the example below.
Two services (Service A and Service B) are discovered. Each service has two resources.
Service A - Resource A1 and Resource A2
Service B - Resource B1 and Resource B2
The below mentioned tags will be assigned to the above resources.
Tag T1 (Key 1: Value 1) will be assigned to resources part of Service A (Resource A1 and Resource A2)
Tag T2 (Key 2: Value 2) will be assigned to resources part of Service B (Resource B1 and Resource B2)
The above tags will appear as part of the tags filter in the COST & USAGE page and BUDGET MANAGEMENT page. The user can use the above mentioned tags to know the cost of maintaining the service.
