To toggle between currencies:
Login to the portal with the required credentials.
Navigate to Governance & Security > Cost & Usage.
From the left - navigation pane, select appropriate options from the following drop-down lists:
Report
(Duration) Billing Period - If this is selected, the report will reflect data based on the customer’s billing cycle.
Partner
Tenant
Associated account
4. Click Apply. An appropriate graphical representation is displayed. If the partner currency is different from the customer currency, the user can view and use the radio buttons to switch between currencies.
If a currency is selected and the report is exported, the exported report will consist of values in the selected currency.

To view cost and usage, specify a date range and one or more cloud account.
Other optional filters such as services, resource groups (for Azure) or tags can be added to the query.
The list of services, resource groups and tags are based on the accounts selected.
The graph shows the total cost by accounts with details of each account in the table below.
There are multiple levels of detail in each account. User can click on View Detail at each level to see the next level of information.
For each account, there are services. Under each service, there are sub-services. For each sub-service, there are resources and usage.
Not all account types have resource level details. For GCP or AWS account without Cost and Usage Report (CUR), you can access service level cost and usage only. Here is an example of service level cost and usage:
Each Cost and Usage view can be downloaded via Export.
The downloaded report is in CSV format.
