Info

In case the account is a CSP account, tenant/customer should have mark up set by cloud administrator and monitor enabled on least one of the subscriptions else there will be a notification for configuration when a tenant lands on the Azure CSP page.

Every tenant role has to go through the cspCSP-tenant Tenant linking process and also that customer once linked has to have mark up set along with monitoring enabled on any one of the subscription. All these set of requirements are fulfilled by the cloud administrator while or after on-boarding a customer to HCP as a tenant; else the behavior of the tenant will be no different then than a normal tenant but without CSP features available.
