Introduction
Cloud Solution Provider program is a Microsoft initiated set up that lets you set your own prices and profit margins for reselling Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure, three of Microsoft’s most popular products.
CSP is a way for partners to resell Microsoft products by working with Microsoft directly, or going through a trusted partner that is already a member of the CSP program. These two options are called Direct and Indirect CSP.
CMPHCP- CSP Integration
CMPHCP with
CMPHCP version 6.2+ allows any CSP partner to on-board and manage all its customers and and the services consumed by them. And partnering with
CMPHCP enables them to offer bundle solutions of industry-leading products providing added value to the customers.

Accounts
To add go to the ADMINISTRATION → ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT → Azure Csp Account

To add a new partner account click on the ADD ACCOUNT button on the top right of the screen.

Login with Microsoft:
Click Login with Microsoft once all the required information has been provided to the profile input form which will take CA to the Microsoft MFA screen for authorization .

Image RemovedOn successful registration a pop-up window will ask if user wants to start with Discovery(optional) which is will trigger a import process to pull all the partner customer,subscriptions and billing detail items.
Discovery : One click import feature
Click on the "Trigger Discovery" button to start discovery, User can trigger discovery either on save or from the button at the right section of the provider page.

Every discovery that is triggered either manually or system triggered is defined as discovery Task-Run and each run keeps track of the discovery progress at background and maintains state which is reflected on the UI with symbol and state.

Partner discovery is an Iterative(periodically system triggered per partner twice a day) and Incremental process(as for every run only the latest discovered or not-fetched data is pulled and updated to CMP HCP for the partner). |
